My new favorite winter hat
Date: December 19, 2009
I just picked this up last week and have used it at work. I work outside on the ramp at Pearson Airport, it is windy and gets nice and cold. This hat is really warm...the fleece lining makes it very comfortable and wind proof. The ear flaps are great and when tied down really keep my ears toasty.
I bought a large and it feels a tad small to me up top, but the ear flaps fit well.
Price is high, but it is made here and the wool is worth it. If you are looking for a great winter hat, you found it.
Pros: Stylish, Comfortable, Breathable

I'm always cold, but not witht this toque
Date: December 7, 2009
This toque is awesome! It's super warm, and looks good. I recommend buying it in store instead of online, because each one looks different, and you'd want to choose the right colour/design for you.
- hand made in Canada (explains high price)
- fleece lined, so wind doesn't get through (and isn't itchy)
Pros: Stylish, Comfortable, Breathable, super warm

Toque of my life
Date: May 26, 2008
This is the toque of my life. I have been searching for one like this forever. Hand made with coarse Icelandic wool. I like the earflap design, and the fleece liner inside (which is only around the ears where you need it, atop the head is just wool to increase performance). Unfortunately I lost this toque at the top of the Watchtower Basin this April (if you find it, let me know!). I'm buying another one right after I finish this review. LOVE IT! Also note that they come in slightly different colors, even though the website doesn't tell you that. It's best to buy them in-store where you can choose your favorite color.
Pros: Warm, Durable, Breathable, Lightweight, Stylish, NOT itchy fleece liner
